The homepage of BurgerSwap IFO is https://burgerswap.org/ifo

— The total volume of FUN IFO is $742,500

— The total amount of FUN IFO is 825,000

— The price of each FUN is $0.9

— The IFO will last from UTC 5:00 AM — 9:00 AM 22nd April

There are three stages for this IFO:

  1. Before the IFO, participants need to buy BURGER and USDT token, and obtain BURGER-USDT BLP token by contributing liquidity to BURGER and USDT. More information can be found in: https://nftfunprotocol.medium.com/how-to-participate-into-our-ifo-in-the-burgersswap-957dd7e1a02
  2. When the IFO starts, participants need to committee certain amount of BLP tokens within UTC 5:00 AM — 9:00 AM 22nd April.
  3. After UTC 9:00 AM 22nd April, participants can get corresponding amount of FUN and receive those BLP tokens that have not been successfully paid.

What’s the method of FUN distribution?

IFO (FUN) tokens will be distributed proportionally to the participants, which means, the total 825,000 FUN will be allocated according to the ratio of the number of funds subscribed by each participants to the total number of funds subscribed by all participants.

For example, if one participant committee 1000 BLP tokens and meanwhile there are total 1,000,000 BLPs tokens committed, this participant will get 852 FUN(=825,000*1000/1,000,000).

Ps:

1. The time when participants committee their BLP tokens will not make any effect on the amount of FUN they can get at the end, as long as within the IFO period.

2. The price of BLP for this IFO will be the price at UTC 9:00 AM 22nd April.

There will be three situations of IFO subscription:

  1. Equivalent subscription:

This kind of situation happens when the fund subscribed by the total participants are exactly equal to the project’s fundraising amount. Under this situation, the IFO will be proportionally allocated to the participants through the method mentioned before.

2. Over-subscription:

This kind of situation happens when the fund subscribed by the total participants are greater than the project’s fundraising amount. Under this situation, the IFO will be proportionally allocated to the participants through the method mentioned before and the remaining uninvested funds will be returned to the participants at the end.

3. Insufficient subscription:

This kind of situation happens when the fund subscribed by the total participants are less that the projects’ fundraising amount. Under this situation, the IFO will be proportionally allocated to the participants through the method mentioned before.

Good Luck!
